  • Do you provide a Design & Fitting service?

    No, we only supply products directly to allow you to design and build your own perfect spaces, we do work with several companies that can provide this service, please contact us for more information.

  • Do you supply the fittings?

    No, we do not supply fittings with our products due to the wide range of substrates our systems can be fitted to. Ensure you use the correct fittings for your specific substrate and follow the manufacturer’s instructions to achieve the correct fitment.

  • How often should I clean my balustrade?

    Regular cleaning is advised, for tough stains/debris use a soft cloth/sponge with mild washing up liquid. Avoid abrasive cleaners & materials. Finish off & achieve a great shine with our recommended glass cleaner & stainless steel cleaner available through our website.
